Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation, e-mail notification must be given to Bestfares365 by the person named on the confirmation invoice or voucher. The date of the cancellation will be the date that Bestfares365 receives this written notice. In the event of cancellation by you, the following cancellation charges will apply or such sum as is charged by the supplier, if greater. This will be in addition to an administration fee.

Period before departure within which cancellation notice is received. Cancellation fee as a percentage of the total cost

• 28 days or more Loss of deposit only
• 7 - 27 days 50% or deposit if greater
• Within 7 days 100%

If you want to alter any item, other than expanding the number of persons in your party/booking, you would have to pay a modification fee per booking, including the airline/supplier charges (if any). From time to time we are obliged to gather extra taxes. You would be told about any extra taxes before the ticket issuance/re-issuance. After ticket issuance, many of the airlines do not permit modifications.
